Eugene Bersenev

Eugene lidera el desarrollo de la plataforma de Terranoha y la ingeniería detrás de Emmie. Es responsable de construir los sistemas que permiten a la IA ejecutar acciones reales de forma segura dentro de entornos empresariales, bajo reglas de negocio y con trazabilidad completa.

Con más de 20 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software y tecnología financiera, Eugene ha diseñado y desarrollado plataformas de trading, sistemas bancarios e infraestructuras empresariales en la nube utilizadas por importantes instituciones financieras. Ha liderado equipos de ingeniería desde startups en fase inicial hasta entornos empresariales a gran escala, incluyendo roles en Finastra y Olfa Trade.

En Terranoha, se centra en construir una base sólida y escalable para la ejecución de IA gobernada, garantizando fiabilidad, seguridad e integración fluida con los sistemas de los clientes.

Head of Dev - Terranoha
Leading the engineering organization behind Terranoha and Emmie. Responsible for platform architecture, AI execution reliability, and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring governed, traceable, and secure execution at scale.

Senior Project Manager - DataArt
Led the migration of a trading platform from on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud. Managed DevOps, CI/CD governance, system integrations, and production deployment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational continuity.

Senior Development Manager - Finastra
Led development and delivery of cloud-based banking and trading platforms. Managed multi-disciplinary teams, defined product roadmap and architecture, and delivered enterprise systems used by major financial institutions across Europe.

Led development of a cloud trading platform providing real-time access to FX markets for banks and institutional clients. Built engineering teams, delivered production deployments, and contributed to the company’s successful acquisition by Misys (later Finastra).
